We offer custom made Flow xperience programs for groups around the world. Our main locations are Mallorca & Ibiza, Spain and The Netherlands. We Will put together the ultimate combination of building blocks for you, ranging from sports, creative activities and yoga & mindfulness. Sailing (normal + extreme)

Playing with the wind, the water and working together with the other sailors to let the boat flow through the waves. Cutting the perfect path trough te water. Xperience teamflow.

We can offer different kind of programs for beginners and more experienced sailors at the best competition boats. Professional sailors taking care of the teamflow sailing workshops in normal or if you want ‘out of your comfortzone’ extreme conditions.

Stand Up Paddling - SUP

Surfing & Stand Up Paddling (SUP)

Become ONE with the waves when surfing in flow. Or focus on your body to keep the right balance at a SUP board.

Surfing or Stand Up Paddling could be a nice part of a Flow xperience program. We work with experience instructors.

The wind & the water. Elements of nature. Fly away or flow away.

We can offerte kiteboarding and windsurfing as a part of a Flow experience program.

Cycling & Mountainbiking (MTB)

Downhill on a dirt road or maybe faster on asfalt. Pushing yourself uphill to your limits. Do it in flow and downhill or uphill it goes effortless.

There are many option to incorporate cycling activities in a Flow xperience program for all kind of levels.

Custom made TeamFlow programs

xplore, xperience & xpress flow in your team

In this program your team will be trained from good to great. In teamflow creating peak performance. It’s nice to xperience this, but for some teams, i.e. operating teams in hospitals, top-executive teams and many other high pressure professions teamflow is life saving and needed.
