6.16 True Self, True Authentic Style.

While the inner workings of your body and mind are of utmost importance, the way you present yourself on the outside can also have a significant impact on your well-being. Your true self should not be dictated by external appearances, but how you choose to look can influence your mood and energy levels. When you dress and groom in a way that makes you happy and confident, you can tap into a positive energy that enhances your overall sense of happiness.

It’s essential to be true to yourself and prioritize self-care and attention to how you look, not for the sake of meeting societal expectations, but to reflect your authentic self. This means choosing clothing and styles that resonate with who you are, rather than conforming to external pressures. When you feel comfortable and happy with your appearance, it can boost your self-esteem and allow you to engage more fully and positively with the world around you.

Exercise: Authentic Style Reflection

Spend a few minutes reflecting on your personal style. Consider how your current wardrobe makes you feel. Do your clothes reflect your true self and make you happy?
